2Products & Educational Toy Safety

Kidureka curates age-appropriate educational toys and learning kits designed to stimulate creativity and cognitive development in children. All products on our platform are subject to the following conditions:

• All toys are designed and tested to meet relevant safety standards. Age recommendations displayed on each product are guidelines and should be followed carefully.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual colours or components may slightly vary due to photographic lighting and screen display differences.
• Assembly instructions and safety warnings provided with products must be read and followed by a responsible adult before handing any toy to a child.
• Kidureka is not responsible for any injury or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow the product safety instructions.
• We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product without prior notice.

3Ordering & Payments

When you place an order on Kidureka, you are making an offer to purchase a product subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

• Prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other supported payment gateways. All transactions are secured and encrypted.
• An order confirmation email does not constitute a binding acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs only when your order is dispatched.
• If a product is out of stock after payment, we will notify you and arrange a full refund within 5–7 business days.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of being fraudulent or placed in violation of these terms.

4Shipping & Delivery

We strive to deliver your orders promptly and in perfect condition. Please note the following:

• Standard delivery timelines are 5–7 business days, though this may vary based on your location and product availability.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
• Kidureka is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier partner delays, natural disasters, public holidays, or government restrictions.
• Once an order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

5Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every child to love their Kidureka experience. If something isn't right, we're here to help — within the following guidelines:

• Return requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery, only if the product is damaged, defective, or does not match the description on our website.
• To initiate a return, please email us at hello@kidureka.com with your order number and photographs of the issue.
• Products that have been opened, assembled, used, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for return unless defective.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
• Order cancellations are accepted only before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled — please use the return process instead.
• Kidureka does not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect purchases once the product has been opened.

6User Accounts & Conduct

To access certain features of our website, you may need to create an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.
